Refund policy

Refund/Return Policy (Please read as this information can and/or will apply to you)
At this time we are NOT accepting any returns of any kind, so therefore, no refunds will be issued, should you decide to cancel,alter or just simply unhappy with your order. However, if there is a problem on the behalf of the company we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely matter, kindly note that every situation differs and only store credit can be issued. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Once your order is confirmed by you may not alter your order as all sales are final.
Damages and issues
You have a 3 day window after reception of your order to inspect. Please inspect your order upon reception as soon as possible and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This is very important that you do this right away to avoid any potential problems. After the 3 day window, we should assume that you are happy with your order and you had no issues regarding your order. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or and refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items which includes custom clothing),body suits, swim wear and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
At this time there will be no returns or exchanges of any kind. 


Refunds
This policy only applies to you if a refund was approved. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
